Our Flatbush Chair juxtaposes a thin, steel frame and a wide ribbons of leather. The frame is an orthogonally welded assembly of skinny steel bars. By contrast, the seating consists of two floppy leather slings, stitched into loops at 90° angles.
The chair rotates into any position to create seating for one, two, or three users at a range of heights: lounge to barstool. With each rotation, the loops change shape, and the slings droop into new places to sit.
